Outstanding customer service.  Gentlemen behind counter refused to handle the broken O ring from my sewer cap I don't know why.  He looked through his collection pulled out the largest one and said if this doesn't work you'll have to buy a new cap.  When I asked how much he said take it and good luck.  Worked perfectly and I had been to several places that didn't have that ring.  For those who gave a one star because of the persons disposition not everyone is Mary Poppins.

Good selection of Marine and RV parts. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. 5 stars if the hours were a little better.

I have used them numerous times for repairs over the last 5 years on two different coaches. They do good work and are true to their word on scheduling. The work has always been done to my satisfaction, in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. If you have a nuisance coach like mine that needs frequent repair, you can count on Heidi and the Queenstown folk to help you out.
