Grate little place to start your life. The neighbors help when they can . Friendly staff is full of knowledge. Grate centralized location to shopping and work. Better than an apartment because I can do all the outdoor activities like cookouts and wash my car. In the end it's a better investment if your not ready for a brick and mortar.

Yeah, the shine has worn off. Its still cheaper than an apartment. We will keep saving money and will me moving ASAP.

This community is beginning to revitalize.  Many tenants are moving out.  The new property management is doing a excellent job with the revitalization, such as requiring parking permits for residents and guest.  This has brought about a decrease number of vehicles parked in the community.

Nice place to live but the only problem I have is the parking rules. You may get towed or you may not.

Lots of new mobile homes for sale when I was there. Seem to be Improving this mobile home park. Still some units that you wouldn't want to be beside.

It's Really A Ghettofied Neighborhood. Starting With The Unprofessionalism Of Leasing Office Staff Members & Especially How They Violate Their Tenants Rights...  I Wouldn't Recommend Visiting & Most Definitely Wouldn't Live There, You'll Be Better Off Living In A Concentration Camp Or Upper Marlboro Correctional Facilities!
