Terrible customer service. Arrived with a frozen drop off and waited 15 minutes (after telling them it was frozen) and had to insist on being seen so the sample would still be usable.

Horrible horrible the staff are RUDE they don't even turn their head to respond I suggest to go right across at the hospital MUCH MUCH BETTER.

Horrible customer service! They dont really care if you wait for two hours! They qont even worn you about the unusual wait time.
Done waste your time there. Just go to the Tarzana-Burbank branch which is 2 monutes away. They have very little to no wait time!

Walked-in. Lots of help from staff for patients that were missing one thing or another.  I was seen in 30 minutes as a walk in and was out in less than 45 minutes.  We will see if they send results to right location or not but it was clean and helpful.

Had an appointment and waited only 5 minutes to be seen. Friendly,  courteous staff.
