This Von's store could be even better if it was renovated. But, because the location is ideal, the owners don't feel it is necessary. They do have a fairly good variety of produce, meat, and canned goods. Plus, the checkers are really nice to their customers. I would give it a higher rating if it was remodeled.

Worst management ever!!.......I went to this Vons to buy my organic food as always since 6 year ago, and I brought my services dog with me, after I went to my therapist we enjoy to buy some fresh orgánics fruit and milk,suddenly an Afro-American guy with a blue striped shirt aboard me and asked to leave because my pet wasn't allow to be there, then I told him he's not a pet is a services dog, then he asked me to show the ID dog, I did show the ID to him, and I asked him why are you so rude, that's not the right way to treat a loyal costumer, my services dog wasn't doing anything wrong, then he got mad at me because I asked his name, and I told him I need to talk with you boss, your manners are inapropiate it, then a guy another costumer like me that was there, told me, he's acting so impolite and aggressive, then he heard it, and came to us again, yelling at us and ordering to the costumer like a boss not to say or get involved in the situation, then I asked why is your problem, he has the right anyone has the right to say anything, besides the costumer wasn't talking with him, the Manager or this guy Last name is Lewis or something was too aggressive, impolite, rude he's not capable to manage or be around people, you Vons if you have your cámaras recording, should be check the incident, because your loosing costumers like me, you guys need to do something about this kind of behave of people in charge!.What a shame not buying more organic food at this place, I would rather go to Whole Foods where staff and employees are friendly with people and service animals, their treat people with manners and respect!!....worst behavior from a manager ever.

The service here is terrible. I have a awful experience every time I'm here, which is often. The only reason I go is convenience and lower prices. Making a mental note to plan ahead and switch to Trader Joes. Also, why are the tortillas located next to the soda and bathrooms, in the corner of the building, opposite from "hispanic food"? Finally, I have never seen someone at the meat counter.
