This is an absolute terrible place if you're in dire need of a prescription. My 85 year old father went to their pharmacy at 8:15, Tuesday, March 14th 2017 to get my 82 year old mother's prescriptions filled. They were much needed antibiotics, along with other anti bacterial RX's that were emergency meds. They were closed!! The pharmacy that's supposed to be open until 9:00! So, he went to the next one nearest, on Tampa. The other place was open but curtly told him, at 8:30, "you can pick it up tomorrow" no explanation, no apologies, no heart. He, the pharmacist, had 30 minutes to fill it. He just didn't want to be bothered. I have personally been to these two locations myself and have experienced the very same service... No service! By this time, he was running out of time to get it filled at another pharmacy but ended up going to the CVS on Ventura, near Topanga. By the time he got there, it was 8:55, they were closing in five minutes. At first the woman said "sorry sir, we're closing. Can you pick it up tomorrow?" She saw the look of defeat on his face and said "wait a minute... I'll fill it now" it took her 5 minutes, she filled it. SHE did her job and was kind, as well, knowing these were antibacterial anti infection medications that were an emergency. Walgreens should know how terrible their pharmacy staff treats people. Especially the elderly! I doubt they read their reviews re these locations. I'll never shop at Walgreens again, nor will my parents or their friends since word of mouth, especially among the elderly who depend on these medications and give them the most business, take these poor treatments and refusal of services very seriously.

Very Busy but I can relate to the Pharmacy field. I always get great help and the Pharmacist knows me by my name. I am a Pharmacy Tech but now taking full time care of my special needs daughter.

This pharmacy has been ok in my previous visits. Clean efficient but nothing worth recommendation this pharmacist seemed to be professional but not too friendly. This last visit i dealt with the pharmacy tech a dark haired tall young man with a strange emo haircut. He was quite rude in dealing with the whole line never mind that fact he didnt smile or greet customers and spoke very loudly, he just seems like one of those people that think they are better than others. I didnt want to complain to walgreens because he could have been inexperienced and having a bad day but i would tell him perhaps customer service is not the job for him. He handed me my prescription and took my cash while talking to his coworker about friday night plans or something of the sort!!! No thank you or good bye didnt even look at me again. Someone asked for location of some first aid item like a nose bridge band aid and all he said was "i showed the old man over there to it so it should be where hes standing... " Calling someone an old man to their face can be quite offensive to some... i left the store and there was about 5 people in line at front register cashier was nowhere to be seen one of the ladies in line kept calling out for help without response...seriously get it together little boy and as for the store... friday night 8pm might not be the busiest but wth happened to this store? Im very disapointed.

Clean and convenient , pharmacy has limited hours but always fast and efficient with a friendly staff !
