Bought my truck in for an oil change. They spilled oil all over and didn't clean it up. Also, they tried to sell me a cabin filter and didn't put the old one back correctly. disappointed

What a joke! I brought my truck in yesterday for a oil change and to see if they could get one of my windows to go back up after it recently stop working in the down position. They said it would be 100 dollars to even take a look at it. Not fix just look. I purchased my truck here and also a member of their A+ program whatever that is supposed to mean. I brought my truck to a local repair shop and in less then 2 minutes they had my window back up, diagnosed the root of the problem and quoted me to fix when I was ready all free of charge. The real kicker is it was under 100 bucks for the repair. Avoid this place at all costs!
