I used ABRA in Apple Valley because they are members of the Apple Valley Chamber of Commerce. My BMW M235i convertible had been hit in a parking ramp while parked, so the claim was handled through the other party's insurance company.  ABRA was great to work with, with text updates every day.  They even had a new bumper shipped from Germany because I requested OEM parts. Glad to recommend them because the work looks great.

One of my vehicles had an accident with quite a bit of damage. This ABRA location exceeded my expectations. Great work done with great customer service!

Scheduled through my insurance company for a 1-4 pm appointment window. I get a call at 2 pm on the day of the appointment from ABRA stating they were calling to setup an appointment.  When i told them I had an appointment and it was now they stated it wasn't their appointment and would I like to setup an appointment with them.

I see this as extremely poor customer service.  Had they called in the morning I would have not taken off work. The response I received was they could setup a real appointment for 3 days from now if I would like.

They may do great work, I went with another company but scheduling through the insurance company again.  This time though I called them after scheduling online and they said they received it and would be out in 2 days.  I am thinking my issue was not related to the insurance company.
