Brand new customer. Came in because of a screw in my truck tire. Asked them if they could rotate my tires as well. This was 10 minutes before they closed. I asked what my charge was and was told that there was no charge. "We appreciate you stopping in and giving us the opportunity to earn your business the next time." There is zero doubt I will be back. I've never ever had a tire shop treat me like that. Great CS!! Very clean shop with excellent knowledgeable staff.

Had a tire with a slow leak so Googled tire repair shops near me. The Discount Tire in Apple Valley, Mn was near me and had excellent reviews. Dropped in without an appointment and they said it would be a wait 
of about 45-60 mins to be out the door. They fixed the flat at no charge even though I had not bought the tires there. I'm sure they are encouraging me to do future business with them...and I will. Professional, courteous and thorough. Very impressed with this shop, their employees and the general appearance.

The staff and service level is always great. I had a flat and because I purchased my tires from them they repaired it and did a rotate and balance quickly and at no charge. I will always purchase my tires from Discount Tire as long as I can count on this kind of service.

I’ve had great customer service and experiences every time coming to this Discount Tire location. Dustin the manager is respectful and honest, and I’ve always felt well taken care of.
