After several slow deliveries, Quick Foxes no longer delivers to West Ashley, only downtown and Mt. Pleasant.  I guess I will call Uber.

Terrible customer service. Used Quick Foxes for delivery from Andolinis and was quoted a 45 minute wait. However, after an hour wait received a call from Quick Foxes stating that the food had not even been started yet. Upon investigating the matter by calling Andolinis the hostess stated that the cashier had not seen the order and didn’t put it in. I requested to speak to a manager, and he (young, immature, male on saturday night) contradicted what the hostess said in order to make it appear that they were not at fault. Additionally, the manager stated that the driver had left. So the next step was to call Quick’s Foxes back. They then again reiterated that the food was not even ready when they arrived to the restaurant and that the driver had not left. In this situation both parties did not accept any blame. Further, on both ends each party was EXTREMELY unprofessional in handling this. NEITHER offered an apology. I would not suggest using either services and I would suggest that both parties take a management and customer service class. Props to the hostess for actually telling the truth!! And awesome delivery driver, who waited through it all and delivered with a smile and great attitude!!

One star is to high! Horrible service! We are from out of town. We called a local pizza company and was told to call quickfoxes and tell them we wanted the Monday special and they would deliver. I called and ordered and was given a price. The amount was wrong so I was given another price.. I paid it.. Then I was told they forgot an item. They added the item and I was given another price. Again, way to high. I was then told they do not honor specials. Only menu prices. 
I asked for a manager and was put on hold. No manager. I was handed off to a girl named Anna who could not help me. She said the mgr had gone home and she was the most senior employee working. I said I didn't want my card charged and was told there would be a pending charge for 2-3 days! The $10 fee is crazy! I hope to get my money back! Would never use again. I wish I had read the bad reviews first! Please do not reply with a lame response!

I am very busy and use this service to save me time when I do not have time to cook or pick up dinner. It is not a time saver though when their delivery predictions are completely inaccurate. Very disappointed in my last few deliveries from them.

I have used Quick Foxes in the past, on several occasions.  Today I was unable to use the website to order, so I contacted them over the telephone.  I live two blocks from Citadel Mall, but they said I was out of their delivery range!  Ignore the fact that I've ordered through them at least 5 times in the 3 years I've been at the same address.
