Been there about 5 times everything it is a Total ripoff. Cost me $18 to get my Ford Explorer washed and thing came out dirty. They don't spray it down prior to it entering the actual car wash or wipe it down with a brush like they do it at most other washes. This is REALLY bad for the paint, it will scratch your car and leave marks. For the price it costs I should be getting top service. A total ripoff, don't get fooled with their "rain ex" special. That'll cost $30 and is a total scam. Avoid this place and find another car wash. Place is a complete joke the workers are lazy and are clearly not trained with standard car wash procedure. Will take business elsewhere no matter how far I have to drive.

Over the last 3 years. I have spent roughly $600 at this location between detailing and oil changes for my 4 cars. After my latest experience I will take my business elsewhere. If you complain be prepared to be called a liar then offered a free wash?? I’ll drive an extra 20 miles and pay double the price before I return.

When I went in the services listed online were different than the services they provide. I was told I had to purchase a package that was $26 to get the inside wiped, inside windows cleaned, vacuumed, rubber mats washed, and outside washed. My car was done in like 7 minutes. There was dust all over the inside you could tell it was not wiped down. The same juice that was spilled on the rubber mat was still there. The same spots that were on the inside of the rear window were still there. When I got home I had to spend 15 minutes re-cleaning the inside of my car. I don't recommend, very high prices and low quality service.

Exterior wash only with Rain-x and cleaned wheels. I sat in waiting room and was only there for a few minutes before it was done. Went at typically high traffic time during lunch and was in and out. Car was covered in a lot of dust and pollen and now looks great! Usual cost for the wash I chose was 21 but there was a 3 dollar coupon which was an added bonus. Will definitely use them again and will probably do full detail inside and out.

3/5 is fair Called ahead of time cause I live 25-30 min away they were very friendly on the phone and I told them on the phone that I needed my car washed/rims / interior cleaned / seats cleaned / carpet. - quoted me 20 bucks for the wash . And it would be 8-9 $ extra for the inside. When I get get Approched in the parking lot, I didn’t get a chance to even go inside to look at the prices, so I tell them same thing that I want to get everything done - car washed/rims / interior cleaned / seats cleaned / carpet. They tell me to pull up, once I pulled up they hand me a receipt for 70+ dollars. Told me a completely different price on the phone. It’s ok I happily paid and waited. Now they did a amazing job on the interior, I MEAN REALLY GOOD JOB 👏, I’ll give credit where it’s due and I’m not the type of person to be unfair, they was also super friendly. but the car wash was not worth $30+. Rims were not cleaned, the front was not cleaned either, And when I get home I saw that the carpets were also not done. I had even asked the guy washing my car to do a good job on sears and carpets and he said he would. But the carpets were not done!! So I call back and once again they very friendly. They told me to bring the car back and that they would wash it. So I drive back 25-30 min and when I get there I’m told that they cannot wash my carpets even though I was told they would the first time I went and then again even on the phone and wanted to charge me 40$+ more. I was upset but did not want to be rude or unfair. Dom very nice guy, came out and told me he cannot do it for me and said I have to pay 10$ more and he can only do the front 2 carpets which I can get done almost at any other wash for same price. (my back 2 Carpets are super small and I didn’t complaint too much about the car not being washed right and let that go, the rims and front were not done good at all but anyways I agree to it just to be understanding on my part, maybe there was a miscommunication or misunderstanding so it is ok. I paid and they cleaned them and when I get home I see my front driver side Carpet is missing so I call back again and they say that it’s not there (not blaming them cause they told me that they checked the footage and it wasn’t there) so again just to be fair and understanding I’m not gonna blame them for SOMTHING I’m not 100% about. But that was my whole experience, I don’t wanan give them below 3 stars even though my experience was a bad one and I probably won’t go here again. They could’ve at least offered to wash my car again or at least washed all 4 carpets. I paid $85+ with tax and that’s close to 100$ Had to drive back and forth 25-30 min 2 times. And stilll not happy, I’m sure the owner or any coustomer would not want to pay somone close to $100 Just to have prices changed on them, loss of a original carpet, rims / front not cleaned/ took back their word and have to pay more due to miscommunication etc.... just them offering some kind of help such as washing it again or cleaning all 4 carpets for the 10$ or even 15$ would have been nice
