Quality automatic car washes, very well lit and feel like I got my money’s worth. Used the self-serve a handful of times now with my credit card and have never been overcharged the $15. On my credit card account it shows $15 pending, however when it actually posts to my account it is the correct amount.

Paid by credit card with the option to hit the stop button at $3. If you don't hit the stop button it will automatically bill your card $15. I hit stop button at the the beginning and it gave me 4 minutes of wash time. I left the car wash after finishing and returned home. Checked my account and it had charged the full $15. I called Mermaid to get a refund and got an answering machine saying, "sorry you had a bad car wash but we will only refund you with tokens for a free wash, just leave your name and address." - Seriously!!!! like i want another F-ing car wash from this place! What a joke and scam of a place. They will never get my money again that is for sure. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Made my last and final visit this past Sunday.  Wasted $14 on the Tidal Wave Soft Touch car wash.  Water smelled like sulpher when it started, and only one of the spinning brushes worked.  Did not clean the car.  Rinse did poor job of rinsing the soap.

My husband and I have been overcharged twice on our carwashes by double the amount of the carwash. Haven't heard back from Mermaid carwash. Will not be using this place again.
