If I could put 3.5 I would. The staff were nice but I have a few problems. The place is usually always understaffed. I go in every time to try and pay for a higher value car wash and every time I'm told they are understaffed and don't have enough time. I mean, if your goal is to make less money, then that's the way to go. That's like down selling. Not a good business strategy. Also when i called on the phone for a time estimate before I could even ask I was told ''we don't do reservations" Ok that's fine but when I ask the wait time you respond 4 cars in line. What's that mean? Time wise? Usually do a good job but there's only so many times I'll go until I'll go somewhere else unfortunately.

Please guys, do not go to this place for car wash. It’s utter waste. They really don’t know what they are doing. Very bad experience, never saw anyone doing this bad car wash. They don’t even deserve single star.

They got alot better washing my truck and I'll  keep going back!! They even clean the wheel wells. For the price its the best car wash around. You can go down the road but they won't do as good as Team Blue!!

Bunch of monkeys that have no clue what they are doing. I have been here on multiply occasions with the same results a half done job. Quit rushing and charge me more so its done right. Training is needed because its not as simple as "wax on" " wax off".
