Booked a flight to Chicago, was canceled the morning of the flight "due to inclement weather" the weather was 57 and sunny. That made no sense, I also I don't understand  why nobody can answer the phone out there. I called the night before and tried to get the united helpdesk to make sure i was set for my flight. The phone rang over 50 times and never went to voicemail or got forwarded on to the united main number. I called back and tried to get the main airport staff line to the same effect. Next morning got the text from united that my flight was canceled and to touch base with the local office. Called back to the same effect. I.e. I called two days in a row during normal business hours and nobody ever answered any extension that I dialed from their phone system. Save your time and money, drive to St. Louis and fly from there. You'll get better service and your plane will actually show up.

GREAT New restaurant management!  August 2017.  Called Blue Haven and Lisa Mintle TERRIFIC host!  Come have a cup of coffee out on the terrace and watch the flights!

Great place to do flight training. Instructors are extremely knowledgeable, the linemen are super professional, and you get to experience many different aircrafts. They also hold a fly-in/drive-in pancake and sausage breakfast in May that is always a blast. I love it here! ❤
