I called Audi Natick to make an appointment on my 2012 A4. I had the check engine on. They gave me the date for drop off and when I arrived they were already waiting for me with a car loaner. The whole thing took about 6 minutes and I was already in my way back home. The courtesy that I was treated with was very professional. The best, I will say.

Ben, from the service department, took care of my issue from the beginning to the end in a very professional manner and my car was there for almost three days and he took the time to called me once a day to keep me inform of the status on my car. Very please with the service provided it. Thank you very much to Audi Natick especially Ben.

My experience was refreshingly amazing! Entire team and process was smooth thank you Audi Natick for making me feel at home. In my eyes you are a customer first dealer and this speaks in volumes! I can't thank you enough you guys ROCK!

Fantastic experience working with Steve Dionis, Nick, and Martha Dee at Audi Natick! First time customer, I was treated with respect, patience, and honesty. It goes a long way for me, and I really appreciated the professionalism shown throughout the process. Will absolutely have the rest of my family in for future purchases as well as all maintenance on the car! Thank you so much again!

The appointment to change a battery was made on a short notice at the busiest time of the year.  The service adviser Ben was very accommodating and has explained the work involved and pricing.  The work was completed sooner then I anticipated.  And the even washed the car.  I am very pleased with the service.

I had a wonderful experience with Sky, one of the sales associates. She is professional, helpful, knowledgeable and genuine. She truly cares that her customers have the car that they need and want and will do everything it takes to make the customer happy with their choice. If you are looking for an Audi at Natick, go to see her. She is the BEST!!
