Terrible service. Wait is insanely long. They also apparently can't do their entire menu if they are within an hour and a half of close.

Online ordering never works. You call the store and they tell you it's not their issue they only handle what happens inside the store. Won't be ordering from you again. I'd rather go elsewhere. It's an ongoing issue for awhile now. You should be aware of what's going on with your systems.The one time we decided to go into the store we waited just as long as we do when having delivered. Great sandwiches but not worth the hassle.

Consistently slow. They have at most one employee on shift who knows what they're doing. Be prepared to stand in line and be ignored for 5-10 minutes before they take your order, then wait another 15-20 minutes for it to be ready. That's for only one sandwich, God help you if you order more. Good food, not worth the hassle.

You done messed up A-A-Ron! I bypassed the poor rating because my husband has bought lunch here often w/ no problems. But my goodness. Took over an hour even though we live under 2 miles away (I was paying for the convenience of not loading up 3 kids in the Jeep). 2 orders of soup and one sammich. My husband's chicken soup was obviously mixed with some beef flavored broth and a whole block of salt. I get it, inventory sucks. Been there. But we can't just mix up some magic with whatever we find in the Barney bag. Our sandwich, the angus beef one, must have been switched w/ another order because it was smothered in some sweet chipotle sauce - which any other day I'd appreciate, but I needed to avoid spicy today. You feel me? Redeeming factor: the broccoli cheddar soup was insanely good 👌🏼
