This place is clean, the food was relatively fresh and the sandwiches were made quickly, pretty much all you need from a subway.

Well I don't usually leave reviews except for some extreme ones, good or bad. This was the worst restraurant I have ever been! Terribly rude from a young woman (on a thursday)! The old lady was OK getting the batch of chicken I ordered, but it was grabbed by the young woman who was preparing subs for the next customer. She explained she thought I ordered a different chicken, instead of saying "sorry" either to me or to the old lady. I guess I was naive to expect that from such a rude person! I wasn't even talking to her about what chicken I wanted because I was with the old lady for my sub. So I got interested in watching what she was doing with the order: she seemed so impatient with cutting the bread, part of the bread was torn open not cut open; she dumped the stuff onto the bread as if she was angry with it; when she finished she didn't even fold back the bread well before she wrapped it quickly. Just wonder how she could fit the job! I would never go back to the place again!

One thing I value about the Subway brand is it's consistency. After 2 terrible visits in the last 10 days it's obvious to me that this location does not meet the high standards of the rest. Visit one: I showed up 1.5 hours before the posted closing time on the door. The 2 workers were so engrossed in completing their closing tasks that I had to ask if they were open or not before they would come to the counter to serve me. Then they were out of cooked meatballs, and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for some halfway cooked meatballs. Visit two: Went through the drive-through and ordered a chopped tuna salad. The server did not know what the item was - I had to explain it to her (even though its listed on the menu). Even after that she did not chop the salad, just threw all the ingredients in the bowl. She gave me 1 slice of green pepper instead of the banana peppers I ordered, and then she did not know what oil & vinegar dressing was. I shouldn't have to drive an additional 15 minutes out of my way to go to a different location that might have a better chance of actually operating properly, but I guess that's what I'm left to do.
