I literally just left there because I work next door at Cricket Wireless so this is REAL TIME. I went over there on my lunch break to get a 6in Tuna sub. Now I receive daily coupons so I wanted to redeem the one I received via text stating that with the purchase of a 30 oz drink, you get a FREE 6in! Great deal right?! Well don't redeem it or even attempt to at this location! I had the coupon ready to go once I got to the register however I accidentally refreshed my browser and the coupon was instantly no longer valid! So I asked the manager or owner if there was anything he could do (I'm not sure of his position but I know it's higher) . He tells me he can only scan the coupon code thing from my phone. Now this is after I showed him the text to prove it was valid. They have a way to manually enter the code, he just refused to do so. I'm not mad about having to pay full price, that's fine because losing the coupon code was my fault. But I feel like he should have at least tried to do something on his end to help me redeem it manually. He even tried to get combative with me about it as soon as I asked if there was anything he could do. So the attitude and lack of willingness to assist is what gave them a 2 from me. #sorrynotsorry

HORRIBLE!! Got a sub...they didn't put hardly any toppings...the few spinach leaves were wilted and molded together...bread was TERRIBLY dry and fell apart with each bite...entire sub broke apart at crease...bacon was crumbled in pieces...will NEVER go back! They need to CLOSE this store!! I give it NO stars! Had to do one to post.

They only put a single scoop of steak on a foot long sub, the veggies were wilted and brown, they were out of the pepper jack cheese. The employees toasted a sandwich which wasn't supposed to be toasted. They were more interested in talking, not wearing their hair nets than actually doing their jobs... Then I assume the guy at the register was the manager which d idnt have a uniform on nor did he have a name tag. He had the worst attitude of them all and he didn't even know how to run a card as credit instead of debit... HORRIBLE service. I've been probably over 50 subways and that is by far the worst experience. Ohh and my mom d idnt make it home before getting sick. ZERO stars!

Employee was not wearing a hair net, hat, or beard guard. Did not wash his hands before making subs, it did wear gloves. That's the only thing he did do. 06/21/2017 3:30pm
