Weather you seeking a new HVAC or replacing an existing unit R. E. Graves Heating & Air is reliable and affordable. Ricky Graves and his crew upgraded our home's heating and air conditioning in April 2017.  They did a fantastic job from start to finish.   Ricky explained each step in great detail and worked with us to ensure we got not only the most efficient but the most affordable unit to meet our needs.   I give Ricky and his crew at R. E. Graves a 5 star rating.

R. E. Graves employees  are very professional, courteous and honest. My AC coil decided it was time to spring a leak. After breaking the news to me gently telling me it was not repairable, he tried by the way, it was time to put the old unit out to pasture. They were honest by saying it will be about a week before they could get back to replace it. In the meantime,  they offered to lend me some window units to help out until they could replace the unit. What other companies you will go out of their way to help out like that? These guys are setting the gold standard when it comes to customer service when others are more worried about the bottom dollar and corporate greed.  They understand doing the little things to making a customer happy will pay dividends in the long run. You guys have a loyal customer with me and I will always recommend you to anyone.

I absolutely love this company they return calls especially in a time of need and they came to our home when we absolutely needed it. We were having trouble with our AC on this very hot day 90degree +. Our technician Bruce helped explain to us how our thermostat worked and showed us and talked us through how to fix the problem we were having. He was so helpful and explained how the system worked and gave us tips on how to use our thermostat to its fullest. My husband and I look forward to signing up to become a member with them. Thank you Bruce again !!!

Graves really helped us out. They went above and beyond by setting us a with a holdover fix until out parts came in. They kept us comfortable during some very hot days! This is the second time they've come to our rescue in the past two years. I am so glad for all they do and highly recommend them.

One of the few remaining local & honest businessmen!  Mr. Graves has serviced my residence numerous times and each time with professionalism, integrity and timeliness!  How many local businesses can that be said about!
If you want the job done right, for a reasonable price...call R.E. Graves H & C every time!
