Reliable and great service. We had several HVAC companies come by for quotes and Mike was by far the most professional, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We liked them so much we ended up getting an annual service contract with them for HVAC and our generator.

Simmons was prompt, fast, and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend them.

I would recommend staying away from these guys. We called them to come out and do a diagnostic on our broken AC and give us an estimate on a new one. It took them almost a week to fit us in, and when the guy came out, he didn’t seem to know much about air conditioners. He had to place several phone calls to people who knew more about the system, and it took him an hour almost to the minute to diagnose the problem – not surprising since he was working by the hour. I asked about the rate when I scheduled the appointment, so I was aware that their diagnostic rate was $130/hr, but nothing was mentioned about a travel rate. When we got the bill a few months later there was an additional $20 for travel tacked on. Of course, all of that would have been taken off the price of the AC, which we probably would have purchased from them, except they never called us with an estimate. When the diagnostic specialist/ salesperson left our house, he told me he would give me a call by the end of the day. It was over hundred outside that week, and our son was 10 months old at the time, so we were definitely in a hurry. The salesperson never called us back. The bill we received said he tried both of our numbers and left several messages, which was just not true. We were very interested in getting our estimate, so were definitely checking our messages. I was pretty much a guaranteed sale. We ended up going with another company that came out later that week. They were able to diagnose the problem in under 20 minutes (probably because they were not charging by the hour), called us immediately with an estimate, and had our new AC installed 2 days later.
