Boothe's HVAC is the best-ever company! Wayne, Robbie, and Bernie are true professionals--in fact, all of Boothe's employees are knowledgeable, courteous, trustworthy and dependable. All employees actually put on booties over their shoes/boots before entering our home and cleaned up as they finished each phase of the 1-day heating and air conditioning installation. My 93-year old mother at first was skeptical--but all employees who entered our home soon put her completely at ease. She said they are "so dependable and wonderful !" Robbie expertly detailed all financial and product options available to us. He assured us we would receive a rebate for installing an energy-efficient heating and air conditioning system, and followed through handling all details. As assured, we received a very substantial check in the mail! Bernie ensured there were no loose ends--coordinating, checking and perfecting all phases of the installation and follow-up procedures. Boothe's strives for perfection--and achieves it!

Service Technician (Bernie H) was outstanding. Through and professional job. Very knowledgeable and let me know everything he was working on. Offered a no-hassle assessment of some improvements that could be made but didn't pressure me to purchase them. I would highly recommend Boothe's Heating & Air Conditioning. I am a very satisfied customer.

A flawless install and my house is warm and toasty! George was the service tech that had to deliver the bad news that I needed a new unit. He provided such an excellent education on heat pumps that I felt confident and comfortable when Adam came to give me an estimate. The integrity of these two men permitted me to feel good making a decision without the trouble of contacting other companies. Ian and Wayne finished the deal with the delivery of the new unit. All of these men were respectful, thorough and their integrity shown through. I would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you Boothe's!!

Very professional and friendly service. We made an appointment for a service call last week. My father in law was at the house during the initial evaluation and could not say enough nice things about Bernie and how professional and knowledgeable he was about the service he was providing. He answered all of the questions he had and explained everything that he was doing. I was home for the second appointment when Bernie came back to the house with Rob (I believe) to replace some sensors and I can say I experienced the same professionalism and friendly service. They kept me informed of everything they were doing and made sure I knew how long it would take. We could not be more happy with the service we received from Bernie and the rest of the staff at Boothe's. We will definitely recommend Boothe's Heating and Air Conditioning to our family and friends as well as continue to use them for our own HVAC needs.

Francis came out today and fixed my thermostat. He even remounted it to ensure it was well insulated and getting a correct temp reading. Everyone in Southern Maryland raves about Boothe’s and for good reason. The techs are friendly and thorough. They take great care to be clean and neat and go over everything with you very carefully. Love Boothe’s and Francis was awesome. Comfort Club is totally worth it!
