Rosa, the manager, laid out our options clearly to allow the Family to make the best choices for our dearly departed brother. The room was clean and comfortable for our guests and family members. The drivers of the hearse and limousine were kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable about the Cemetery. Overall, we were able to provide my brother a very decent funeral. The Family is grateful for that.

They have way to many hidden fees , they did a bad job explaining cost for what we wanted and they rushed us to burial site doing 75mph,( 5 minutes at the burial)  then took off not waiting for additional cars to catch up. I bet If it was one of there love ones they would not rush.    The director was not compassionate or warm just straight business after i explained there rush. never again

Although the Chapel is modest, the service & what I requested for my mom was outstanding.  We requested no em bombing, & her jewelry
and make up were beautiful, down to the lipstick and nail polish that belonged to her & we supplied.  It was just like when my mom was alive.  If you are looking for a decent place that will work with you &  respectfully
take care of all of your request. Then please consider Ortiz on East 103rd Street in New York City.
