Great customer service! I had trouble installing some smart switches so I gave them a call. Lowell so happened to be near by and dropped by within 10 minutes after talking to him over the phone. Very helpful and informative and helped me solve my problem instantly. I had him also take a look at some work I wanted done in the near future and he broke down the entire process of how they would fix and run the wires and what my options were. Very helpful people, I'd recommend their services.

I had lost power to the upstairs floor of my townhouse. I did a quick Google search and found r&m which were located two blocks away so I choose the and I'm glad I did. The owner tried to trouble shoot over the phone but the problem ended up being more than a quick trouble shoot.  They came out within a half hour of me calling and unfortunately for me the house is old and required quotes bit of their time.  The two guys that came out fixed problems as they went along pretty much rewired my whole top floor and then some.  The prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be calling them in the spring to replace the panel box.

We are very happy with the quality of the work performed! They installed bathroom lights and exhaust fan for us. Successfully repaired a home-owner-repair-gone-awry situation. Left the area neat and clean, I recommend them!
