My experiences with R & R have been nothing short of fantastic! My wedding ring is an antique & I broke it. Before I could get it fixed, I got really sick, was diagnosed with a rare disease, and needless to say, my wedding ring getting fixed had to be put on hold. Four years later I brought it into R & R to get fixed. When he told me the deal he was going to give me to fix it, I started to cry. So hard that I could barely give him my name. What a kind man you are, Steve. Thanks so much for fixing my ring, making it beautiful again, and getting it back on my finger where it belongs. I cannot thank them enough. IF YOU WANT GREAT WORK & SERVICE FROM NICE PEOPLE, SHOP HERE.

I have had the pleasure of having jewelry pieces made here. My design and their designs as well. Workmanship is exquisite and shows the pride taken in the product. Cannot recommend highly enough. R & R, Thank You. MJ Johnosn

My wife broken the diamond off of her engagement ring a few years ago. The staff was very friendly and the ring was fix very quickly. I can't even tell where it was broken.

Their people skills, and workmanship definitely need improvement. They down sized my less than week old ring, and left one side of the shank stretched, or thinner than the other side which interupts the rings design. (it was a simple band) The rhodium flashing is so thin. R&R did not coat the entire band, and the inside of shank was ignored, and not plated. The ring tarnished in 2 days. Their professional manner is less than desirable. If you point out something that is wrong they are defensive about it. While the ring from resizing is not the same shape as when I gave it to R&R. I eventually decided to take my ring to Samuel Gordon, and their polishing, and rhodium plating was beautiful. There service is only $10 more and covers the ring inside, and outside of the shank. Samuel Gordon triple plated where R&R barely gives you a flashing. Update a year later I am adding to my review. Ive taken my ring back to another jeweler to have it re-dipped they told me that when my ring was resized the stone was not set in place, and instead of using gold which is the material of my ring, R&R used silver so they are gold thieves on top of everything else. Steer clear of the shady business practices of R&R.
