Recently visited the store several minutes before closing time, and the only thing I heard was "Do you know we are closing at 5?" So not welcoming and honestly pretty rude. It's not like the store is huge and would be spending tons of time browsing, shopping. So they lost a potential sale (and profit for the store)

I was at the Paddock shopping for my daughters birthday and went into Rabbit in the moon. I had a very pleasant experience and the employees were wonderful. They helped me pick out a Pandora charm for my daughters 16th birthday...I will for sure be shopping there for my special gifts from now on. Thanks so much Rabbit in the moon employees your the best!!!

The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I was denied an exchange for an expensive gift even though I had a receipt. The manager put her hands on me and another employee used inappropriate language. It wasn't until I asked for the owners contact information that I was 'allowed' an exchange. It seems they don't realize that they are not the only Pandora dealers in town. That or building customer relationships is not a priority. Either way, I have a new Pandora bracelet that will be filled elsewhere.

One of the best stores in the Paddock Shops. Employees are willing to go above and beyond to assist their customers, and even free gift wrapping!

I absolutely love this boutique shop! It's the first place I go when I need to find a present. They have everything from Pandora and Brighton jewelry, Vera Wang merchandise, and a variety of cute baby and children items. The store is a little on the high end, but it's a boutique shop and everything is very unique!
