This is a fantastic shop. I was in with a friend who was heading down to Florida as a First Responder for Irma, and they were incredibly helpful and generous in getting him equipped. 
Much of their backpacking gear is actually less expensive than buying on Amazon. 
Five Stars for outstanding, professional and friendly service and choices.

Loved the selection and the friendly staff! I went in one of the first days they were open and Allie helped me find a nice gift for my wife. She even tried things on so that I knew how they would fit her. Definitely my go to store in town. Their return policy is really amazing too.

Proud to be the first review for water+oak. Super cool store and the staff are all fellow outdoor enthusiasts! Very good selection and some items I've never seen before. Explore this new location and ask for Craig, Logan and Matt.

Friendly and helpful staff, decent prices for higher end outdoor gear and clothing. And they carry the Filson brand which I haven't seen in any stores in the Louisville area.
