When this location first opened is was great. But now I'll drive out of my way to go somewhere else. Most recent case and point at 10:30 this evening i stopped to get gas and a few other purchases to be greeted by locked doors and a sign claiming they were on lockdown despite being a 24 hour location with at least 3 visible employees inside. I could understand if it was late at night or an employee was by their self but according to the employees at the pilot across the street this has been going on for 2 weeks now. Not a very smart move considering the location

Great during the day.... but 24 hours it is not for the last 5-6 months they go on “lock-down” every single night from 10ish till 5ish. They are losing a lot of business in the area from night shift workers such as myself. This is ridiculous.

This store has the rudest, gross looking staff I have ever seen! They don't say hello, thank you, I didn't get acknowledged when I asked a question and the employee tossed my items to me in an aggressive manner. Not only that, the staff has many visible tattoos and piercings in their face! It took a while to even find an employee due to the fact they were in regular clothes with no name tags. A good clean up of your employees will do your store some justice. Very unprofessional and I was embarrassed for you.

Customer Service at it's finest.A plus is having product on there shelfs without digging or asking.I will come to your store every time.This Race trac is my #1 Thanks Guy's Y'all Rock!!!👏👏👏
