RPM trailer has only one goal for their business and once you realize this you can avoid future migraines with them. They are about selling new trailers and only selling new trailers. My company has purchased 6!!! I repeat 6 trailers from this company. So I end up losing a fender on one of these. They Tell me they need to pay for it in order to order. That's fine I give them the card number etc. A month goes by and I finally ask. They say it'll be with the next trailer shipment. Long story short, they tell me on 3 separate occasions that it's coming with the next shipment of trailers! This was their owner and Silas who made the decision to give me this information. Finally I get an office woman on the phone! Remind you guys I've been driving this trailer without a fender for almost 4 months now,! But this woman informs me that they have not ordered the fender because they couldn't find it!!! But Silas decided to lie directly to me. There are a few men there that really are crooks!

Called in on a specific trailer ready to make a deal. I talked to whoever answers the phones and then they put me in touch with someone who could answer my questions on it. The person they put me in touch with told me he was the owner and I asked him if he would call me back with his best deal and he said I have his best deal. I had one conversation with that company for a total of 3 minutes. I asked them to call me back with the best deal and they said ok and hung up the phone. Never took my name my number or email to be able to get back to me. I’m trying to buy something by December 1st 2017 cash and the OWNER wouldn’t do anything to help me. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT! Thanks again for nothing.

The prices seem to be on par with what I've seen during my research. One of the trailers was pretty banged up (from transit). When I asked about it, I was told "yeah it happened during delivery". I mentioned that if I was to buy a brand new trailer, I would want it to look brand new and the salesman brushed it off. I asked if they would discount it and was told that they don't negotiate. Overall they have some good trailers at pretty competitive prices so I wouldn't hesitate to check them out.

I needed a receiver and ball mount for a tiny house tow last minute. Called them about an hour away and they had what I needed and even let us borrow wrenches to put them on and helped my boyfriend tighten them down. Professional service and nice looking set up.
