Rude condescending sales personnel

I have shopped at this store a few times as it is the closest shoe store to my house and never had a problem with them taking my money.

The problem is after I bought a new pair of sandles and there was a seam under the side of my heal that irritated my foot after 10 minutes of wearing them.  Like I said I had wore them for 10 minutes before taking them off and placing them back into their box.

I took them back to the store the next day with receipt in hand to return them.  It was the older guy with the Jerry curl that came up to the register to help me and this is where the problem began.  

I told him I wanted to return them and he open the box to inspect them and looked at me like I just took the cookies from the cookie jar.  He let into me lecturing about we can't resale theses bla bla bla look on the back of the receipt it states no returns bla bla.  There was a few spots from my 10 minute wear that looked like sand in the treads and so I could not return them.

So instead of just stating the facts and letting me go he lets into me about should not buy them if you don't want them and keep them clean if you return.  So after about 2 minutes of him talking to me like I was a child I promptly told him "I will take the $#%*&!# things back"  and walked out went home beat the shoes off on a wall and took them to another store where they took them back no problem.

Nice selection of shoes for the whole family that cover most uses (work and play).  I always check the discounted sections first.

Friendly service and clean store. Many many options for shoes of all styles and types. We took advantage of the sales and purchased 2 paris of sneakers for our family of 5. It was that time of year.
