Don't Trust this place! Please! I'm Warning You! This place lies! The people at this place caused my dad's car to Breakdown right in the middle of Taconic because they gave him wrong information! I would rate 0 Stars if I could. My dad Now has to pay MORE money to get his car fixed.  Don't trust RADD just don't do it! Don't even think about doing it! Trust me,  you'll thank me and so will your wallet! I have no idea where the 5 star reviews come from. They must be either fake or written by family because this place is absolutely horrendous! RADD caused a problem that could've been prevented. 😡 It's no wonder why their Fishkill Location got shut down by the BBB and AAA. This place couldn't be more untruthful!

My family relies on RADD Automotive for quality, reliable and honest workmanship in the maintenance and repair of our vehicles.  Rich the owner is an excellent mechanic and provides quality customer service.  Katie in the office is a pleasure to work with.  I highly recommend Radd of any automotive needs you may have, they care about their customers and  they really know what they are doing.

My whole family has been taking our cars to them for years. Whenever I bring mine, Richie makes sure to show me what's wrong if I ask and constantly keeps me informed on my car and won't do anything without my full okay first. Awesome staff and crew. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs something done on their cars (especially for a reasonable price).

Keep in mind during this review, I am a B tech at a nearby dealership and brought these guys my car to have the exhaust system on my 2003 Chevy Blazer welded properly. Well holy cow, these guys are the genuine industry standard. As well as repairing my exhaust perfectly for an extremely small amount of money (Relatively), they warned me of one other shortcoming of my car, as well as fixed a problem I was having with the battery for free! These guys truly are the professionals of the professionals. Always bring your car here if it needs mechanical work; they are the best.
