I went today to switch providers and received absolutely outstanding service. Jacob helped me to make a new account and get a new phone, which was awesome. He also made sure to walk me through everything he was doing so I wasn't in the dark at all. All in all some of the best customer service I've ever received!

Colby and Jacob helped me out tremendously with my new Ellipsis tablet. They were friendly and timely with my needs. The other customers in the store seemed very pleased as well. I would recommend this store to a friend or family member.

Jacob & Nathan were very helpful to me when trying to decide on which phone to go with. Went in multiple times with questions and always were very patient and answered every question I had. I will always use Radio Hospital for future phone purchases & questions:) Thanks so much guys!!!
