I had a great experience here. I had to ship out an item that needed to be packaged carefully and they took care of it for me. The items arrived undamaged.

Employee made no effort to answer our questions, but was excellent at being unfriendly and rude.

Charges customers for UPS residential address despite the fact that the address shows on UPS software as a Commercial address for less cost. Also over sizes boxes by 2-5 inches on each side to charge more money.
