Quiet store with friendly and knowledgeable staff!

These guys are crooks! I bought a universal adapter for my Casio keyboard and a digital frame. I walked inside the store with these two electronic devices so they could find the right match. The guy gave me the adapter and the tips that worked for both things. After I got home I saw that the box said that kind of adapter should come with 3 tips plus an extra one for free from the store. I was given only two, one for the keyboard and another one for the digital frame. I didn't worry about it since I thought I had the tips I needed. When I heard my keyboard make a weird noise I discovered that the voltage in my keyboard and the voltage in the adapter did not match. I went back to the store and they told me they would not replace or reimburse me because I did not have all the parts!!!! I told them I had what they gave me. They made me wait for the manager who according to the lady would not answer his phone. I came back an hour later and still had to wait. Finally he did reimburse me and, in a very rude manner, said "next time we don't have to do it unless you bring all the parts." I told him somebody from the store had the missing parts. He said they did not steal them and of course I answered "then you tell me I did?" While I was there a lady came in complaining that she had bought a camera there only to discover that there was no camera inside the box when she got home. I would suggest you try not to buy anything from this store but in case you have to, check all what you buy very well and read the components that should be in the box before you leave the store. I will never go back in there.
