I had a problem with my phone and went to the store for assistance.  Joe the manager was extremely helpful.  Very patient and explain everything to my understanding.  I will recommend the new Canaan store to my family and friends.

My experience with Mr. Kodie was simply amazing.  His professional conduct and knowledge of the Verizon products off the charts. He is extremely detailed, patient and informative. If you have a teaching model it should be called Mr. Kodie. I highly recommend him for some response from Verizon corporate.  I will also recommend him and his store and team to as many people as I can, which includes all my friends and family.

The guys at Verizon New Canaan could not have been more helpful if they tried. They moved our family of 6 and all of our devices over from AT&T and made us feel like we were lifelong priority customers. I am already glad that I have joined on with Verizon and think you have a winner i your staff in New Canaan...

The manager Joe was extremely helpful in advising me about a new phone. Also, he was VERY patient because of my indecision. I returned to the store more than once and Joe was kind enough to work with me and spend a lot of time in helping me transfer to my new phone. With help like that I will continue to use and recommend your store to others.
