I was there for a Passover Run Hotel weekend/trip. That part ran over all very well. The hotel staff seemed to work well with the program and event coordinators. That aside there's a few issues with the hotel. First of all the pool area itself needs to be rehabbed. The ceiling is staying then looks like it needs to be replaced. There is no sign saying what age children should not be in the hot tub even though a good degree of that is common sense. Parents should know better but there should be signs saying that kids should not be unattended in the entire pool area. Unfortunately the pool area lacks a sauna or steam room, which would be nice in addition to the small exercise room and pool and hot tub. The Jets work intermittently in a hot tub as well and when turned back on work at full strength only for a few minutes. That being said staff came very quickly to look at the issues when discussed. The location is nice and there's plenty of parking. In good traffic it was about an hour and 45 minutes from Queens

Every year this place comes through as the Host of the Dark side of the Con Convention. They go above and beyond with trying to accommodate any requests in a hectic environment. The staff is friendly and willing to help with anything that is needed. They do a nice job and I would recommend their location for anyone looking to host any type of event. Looking forward to next year.

The staff was nice, but this is an old hotel in need of repair. There's signs of wear all over, but the room, while tolerable, was not acceptable. The mildew in the shower was minor considering the water damage to the ceiling and fixtures. You could feel the veneer on the furniture wrinkled and it was obvious that flooding from above ceiling was poorly repaired. The beds we're terrible, one saggy and one firm, they bounced like an air mattress but we're not. Keurig brewer in room did not work, tub and sink drains are slow. Walls so thin I was practically part of my neighbor's conversations. Weak flushing toilet clogged as we were checking out. At best, they didn't know the room was in this state and are not paying attention to quality, at worst they knew, and it is insulting to have been given this room. This was some kind of Radisson 2 day trial special and I won't be trying the brand again.

The management and staff in the hotel deserve the highest marks for what they did this past weekend. When a convention fell apart it was canceled, leaving people stranded with hotel rooms and bookings, the hotel stepped in and allowed a guerrilla group to run a free convention without any problems. Now that's how you look up your customers.

We had a very unfortunate experience with management. Every year we attend the COGOP District #5 Convention but could only sleep one night, for multiple reasons. This year as usual my wife called and booked for one night, Saturday 3/10/18 only. ( she was sent to a confirmation email stating 3/9 & 10 that was not read because she trusted the person on the phone). So we were changed for Friday night for no show. We explained our position to the front desk as we were checking in and after a few running around to the back room and some tapping on the computer keys and a number of phone calls, WE WERE TOLD THAT THE MONEY WOULD BE RETURNED TO OUR BANK ACCOUNT. it never did. Our subsequent efforts to speak with the manager has been unsuccessful. WE WANTED TO DO NO STARS but we have to do at least 1. Now we take no pleasure in doing this because our Church does business with the Radisson every year but Mr Manager can & should do better. Thanks You have my phone number Sunny, man up and call me. We explained our position to the clerk @ from desk. They promised that we would get the money back. That turned out not to be true. SHAME ON YOU Sunny!
