This is a top notch bike shop. They're a little pricey, but their techs are super knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to tighten every nut and bolt before you even test a new bike, and provide great service for your bike when it needs a tune-up. The do full-service maintenance on any bike, from changing tires and tuning spokes up to a complete teardown and rebuild.

Rage Cycles are the ONLY mechanics I trust with my mountain bike's (as in multiple mountain bikes have been brought here) needs. Top notch repair service everytime... Be prepared to leave your bike for a few days, as they are the best in their craft and have many avid cyclists from all over the valley repair or service their bikes.

Bar none, the best rental/demo experience that I have ever had! They were quick and curtious, set the bike up for me perfectly by adjusting tire pressure and suspension sag, and were truly interested in my rides and even asked me to join in a group ride. The Bike was a Pivot 429carbon plus Bike that was so sweet I want one! Best shop around!

Just walked in. Knew what I wanted. They got it done.... these are the guys you will want to go to for anything bike related. They are extremely knowledgeable in the biking world and are second to none especially in the PHX area.... I have been to many of bike shops all along the West side of the US... cheers

I did not get friendly service at all. Maybe they were feeling down that day. At least that is what I thought at first.....  I got my bike repaired and I got really short snappy remarks from the guy at the register. I felt like I did not belong there. The rest of the employees just stared silently.. . Seems like they just wanted me out of there. I felt like I was being stereotyped. A guy walks in the store and suddenly the guy perks up at the register and ignores me and is super nice to him. Not sure why my money was not as good as the other customer's. The bright side is my bike is fixed... I do not want to go back ever though.
