Excellent service! They took time to look at my bike, which was giving me some issues, and did a quick and solid derailleur adjustment to get me back on the road (we are riding cross-country)! Friendly and knowledgeable staff!!!

A surprisingly spacious store in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. About the only complaint is that it may be hard to find where you're going, as the sign is pretty subdued and hidden, and the store blends almost too well, given it's size. This is where I'd go for bicycle work/shopping in Scottsdale, though.

I bought a new 2018 specialized full suspension bike from these guys this summer. The bike was damaged in shipping, which I believe they knew before they sold it to me. I brought the bike back to show the damage, they agreed the damage was from shipping. They told me they would replace the part that was damaged, it going on 5 months now with no part or follow up to replace the part. I would expect more from a bike company selling high-end bikes. There are other local bike shops with excellent customer service wanting your business, research others before you buy from these guys.

Best bike shop in town hands down. I have purchased multiple bikes here and countless accessories. Always the best client service. Highly recommend.
