Saw this Pie shop on the news. So we took the drive to Edmond. And it was so worth it!! Super cute, clean place, and friendly staff. We timed it right. The owner Lynn stopped at put table to welcome us and thank us for stopping in. Try this awesome Pie shop you will not be disappointed. Pie by the slice. Or take home a whole pie.
We started out our lunch with a slice of quiche and bowl of tomato basil soup. Both were outstanding! The next time I will be ordering a whole quiche. Crisp, buttery crust and the filling was the perfect density and flavor. Probably the best quiche I've ever had. Of course we had to have pie while we were there. I had the Lemon Meringue and my wife had Coconut Cream. I didn't taste the Coconut Cream pie but it looked amazing. The Lemon Meringue was none like I've ever had. The meringue was creamy like marshmallow cream and then they toasted the top. It was the perfect combination of sweet and tangy with the lemon. I can't even describe. I want more of it. There was live music and a cool atmosphere. We will be going back soon. Highly recommend.

my first time there, and i will return. comfortable clean environment serving the best coconut cream pie this side of the Pacific . the pecan pie looked pretty tasty too. they ALL did!
If you're looking a pie place in Edmond, railyard pie company won't let you down! The staff is super friendly and the pies are delicious! You can really taste the care they put in their food. They have seasonal pies that you should try before their gone! Everything is made in house from scratch. Will definitely be back for more!
UPDATE! Today was the first day I have actually ordered and eaten inside this delightful place! As soon as you walk in you can smell all the butter and love they put into those pie crusts. Omg... So good! I had the Jay's Quiche and they were so nice to add some bacon crumbles to the top and let me tell you, it was perfection! My salad was very good and my Key Lime pie for dessert was just as amazing. Many thanks to the girls behind the counter for taking such good care of us two crazies! See you soon! So sad they were out of my favorite flavor but this Peanut butter pie was pretty good!
Loved Railyard Pie Company! Such a cute little shop, loved the vibe. We tried two different quiches, two different pies, and aaaallllll the whoopie pies! The oatmeal cream whoopie pies were my favorite! They had a counter where you can sit and watch them make the pies which my daughter enjoyed very much. I loved all the art on display. The tables were really only for 2 people, so unless you were joining the rest of your group out in the Railyard area, I imagine it would be difficult to have a larger group sitting together in the railyard pie company dining area. Excited to come back for another visit!
Always a great experience! Every slice of pie and quiche I’ve tried is flavorful and delicious with every bite. The lemon chess pie is the best lemon dessert I’ve ever had! The savory pies are a perfect balance of flavor and texture, and my favorite is the quiche Lorraine. The staff is always friendly, and this is overall a really nice place to grab a to go snack or to stick around and enjoy a sweet and savory meal.
I got a slice of Lemon meringue pie. I only wish my mom was still around to enjoy. Everything was absolutely perfect. Every time someone refers me to a pie place, they’re just not that great. But this place has the best pie I have ever had outside of my moms. I will be back and bring my friends.
I really love this place. Here's what I love: the owner is present, warm and talented. The pie crust is thick, buttery, flaky, and consistently good. I'm partial to the banana cream, but also obsessed with any of the seasonal fruit pies. On the weekends there is usually some live bluegrass music so the energy in the space is infectious. If you get a chance to pre-order a pie for any of the holidays; do it!
