I was treated so RUDELY by this other black girl who worked at the register. On Feb. 4, 2017 at about 2:30 this black girl was a complete little beech to me! I asked her if she knew do they have this shirt in a medium, or could she recommend a similar style? And she looked right at me and rolled her eyes. Then she said, "YOU are NOT a medium, your like a large or EXTRA LARGE, and NO, I don't know a similar style, not one that would look good on YOU...."  I could not believe it! I was shocked! I've never been spoken to like that by ANYONE, let alone a store employee!!! I'm a little thick, but she acted like I had no business wearing that shirt- I just set it down and walked out.  This store NEEDS TO DO SOME SPRING CLEANING AND FIRE ALL THEIR EMPLOYEES, and rehire new people that are pleasant, helpful, and tactful! I'm beside myself right now!

Believe the reviews about this place. I literally have never been treated so badly so consistently by a store. I just left there for the last time.  Every single time I've ever shop there the employees have always been very rude.  This time was the last time however.  I set two shirts back on a rack because the fitting room was full and I didn't have time to wait to try on those two shirts. So I proceeded to the check out with the one shirt that I was going to purchase without trying on.  However the checkout girl proceeded to Yellit me and tell me I can't just sit shirts down and be throwing shirts around her store even though that's not at all what I did. So I just set the other shirt down and told her you know what I'm going to pass on this one too and walked out of her store.  If you want to be treated badly and by cheaply made cheap looking clothing be sure to show up here otherwise shop at any other store literally any other store, and you will be treated so much better.  Worst customer service ever ever ever.

The worst!!!! Their return policy is only a week they don't assist customers with anything!!! They are rude  and need to have more training in customer service!!!

This franchise was once good now it really is lacking. I wasted gas and my time in this store. Not sure if it's just because it is not in the mall but it sucked big time.
