We had fun. The smell was strong at the door but it’s a building full of animals so what do you expect. It was very clean inside. The staff was nice and welcoming. We bought our tickets off of Groupon & it was well worth the money. I would recommend this place & would visit again. They had a lot of options in the gift shop as well. I like that most of it was inside because it was rainy weather when we went.

Amazing staff, awesome animals, very interactive. Staff were constantly bringing animals out and around to meet visitors and educate kids and even adults on all sorts of animal related stuff. Clean environment and animals appeared well taken care of. Other criticize about a smell and bugs, but this IS a zoo full of animals, not a place where you go to eat or sleep... the environment is as clean as a zoo can be. Awesome experience every time we go!

I love this zoo! It's great that is in indoors and out of the elements except for going outside to feed the goats, llamas, sheep, emus, etc. The staff are always friendly and sometimes have animals out so you can hold them. The birds say many different phrases. The capuchin money's will mimic you through the glass if you catch them at the right time. I always love coming here. And it's very reasonably priced for either a one time visit or a 1-year season pass.

We loved it. Staff was very accommodating with our online ticket mishap. The donkeys have it figured out when it comes to eating grain through the fence. 🤣 There were also quite a few species not found in a larger zoo. Gift/souvenir shop was large with a lot to offer and fairly priced.

Wonderful place. Not to expensive. We bought our tickets off of Groupon, which included some feed for the outside animals. I wish we could have gotten a little more feed for the price. But overall, we had a great time seeing all the animals and will definitely be going back!
