Zero stars. So disappointed that I thought that they might help with identify theft. You cannot count on them. Sad that our police are so lazy and unwilling to help. Who can I turn to now? WHO CAN HELP??????? I can not believe they support the honest and clean people in their district. What is wrong with this country? Who can I go to for help? No one. I am so thankful that this was not a live or death incident.

They do help. Pulling you over for wearing a seatbelt is an attempt to keep you safe. Blaming your interaction on race is playing the blame game.

Totally bias against minorities. Even when you are trying to be nice about why you get pulled over, they still give you a ticket and ask you questions about where are you from and paper as if I was some illegal immigrant. I'm a US citizen by the way.

Racist the max...will follow and stop you on assumptions rather than facts. They try to park in your neighborhood to find out where you live and think that you don't see them. On top of that they follow you to your place of work and try harassing you. They are crooked. I was stopped in Raleigh for not wearing a seatbelt and the first thing I was asked was if I had guns, drugs o illegal weapons in my car. I asked " wasn't this a seatbelt stop" and was told that I could have just grabbed it. The officer went around my car to the passenger side and asked for my license and registration. I was then followed back to my place of residence and watched. Plus the same police who stopped me, I caught him later that night following a car with a young African American couple, for 8 minutes before he turned on his lights and pulled them over. They target black people and try to make us feel as though we are doing something wrong when in fact it is them who are backwards and crooked with greed and think that their badge means they have power and authority over the civilians that they are supposed to be there to protect and serve....Just a word of advice people. Realize that the police are not your friends. And this is the actions that they take in the capitol,its an example of how the rest of the state is.
