They are all very courteous and do everything they can to help the customer. I was referred there by the VA Hospital for custom inserts and shoes. They ordered the ones I needed and made adjustments for a perfect fit with one return visit. I have been wearing custom shoes since 2007 and also require the use of a cane. The shoes they fit me with have allowed me to walk (taking normal steps) without the cane most of the time. First time in 10 years! 

My wife had a problem that she had been to podiatrist for. The folks here were able to find a solution within about hour. 

I highly recommend Ralph Baker Shoes to anyone, especially those that don't have the cookie cutter feet that most shoe manufacturers use to design their shoes. Don't worry... they have shoes for you, too!

Friendly staff, great service and name brand shoes. Custom orthotics and diabetic footwear... you'll want to go there!
