This review is of the Rack Room OUTLET in Statesville. Prices are reasonable with the BOGO, and sometimes excellent, but it depends on whether your sizes and needs match their inventory. The store itself is almost the only active retailer in an otherwise defunct shopping center. It's a decent place to stop of you're looking for shoes or boots and driving by anyway, but not worth a special trip.

Prices are decent if you can find what you're looking for and that's hard to do. Staff seem to care less if you buy anything or not. If you need assistance your just S. O. L.!! They don't care and don't have time that's an honest review!! Been here many times seen different staff same problems.

It's okay, the styles of the sneakers weren't that appealing but all the other shoes and boots were great! They didn't have much in size 8 womens, but they had alot of sizes 5&6 womens. Of course my size is an 8, it figures-lol...but a great place to save some money!! And that's what it's all about, saving $$...

Only had ONE pair of white atletic shoes in my size that I liked, but the cashiers couldn't tell me if they were leather, and it didn't say on the shoes or the box! So I left them there! I am began and do not wear animal products. I won't be back!
