Story

Ralph's Auto Service opened in Havertown, PA in 2011 but Ralph and his crew have been in the automotive repair business for over 30 years. We here at Ralph's put the customer and their safety first. You can always count on us to be fair and honest. Our amazing crew, Tom, Al, Steve, and Mike, are always ready to help. We have four bays and lifts to accompany a large volume of repairs.

I can also tell you about an irate owner, 3 years ago I took my car in for a bad Bearing, The owner quoted me for parts and labor. On the phone I asked to use parts I would buy OEM on my own and have them install it, they hung up on me, I called back and asked again and the owner seemed to calm down and agreed to look at the car.

I came to the store and a mechanic gave me a quote, I told them I spoke with the owner about our discussion in regards to paying only for labor, once the owner arrived he immediately threw me out of the store. Maybe he is crazy, but when he saw my face his attitude completely changed. I don't like to think my town has bigots but the owners change in attitude when he saw me and my mother gave me major suspicions.

I am unsure why people think they can have horrible customer service and still maintain business. After that I bought my own tools and repaired my own car. If Ralph's PR department sees this, Please don't contact me, I write this review to warn others.

I Trust this place,  my pass experience from other places was not the best. They 
Do an excellent  job.

I won’t go to any other mechanic because Ralph’s Auto is one of the most trustworthy business’ with great people that work there! Everyone is very nice, especially Ralph, who is always welcoming to his customers! I’ve never had a poor experience and I’ve referred many people here that would say the same!
