Prolly all fake reviews, check Yelp for REAL reviews before shopping here.. I was doing some shopping at Walmart across the street on Sunday April 15th. I was getting hungry and decided to pick up a few things to cook at home. I've never visited this Ralph's before but was in the area and was tiered of driving. I picked up some Dave's killer white bread and bagels than proceeded toward the dairy section to pick up some cream cheese, and guess what, it's no where to be found.. I walked the isle back and forth looking for it, I thought I was mad that I could not see it.. I than walked some more, looking for someone to help me out and not a single employee insight. I figured I wouldn't waste any more time and go to the fruit and vegetables section to continue with my shopping. Once I got there, I saw one employee who was off the clock(female) and another who just stepped out of the staff area(male) , they began to chat.. I kindly interrupted and asked the male where they had organic cucumbers, he replied that "they where all out", I also asked where is the cream cheese? He began to show me where it was, and guess what? It's next to the fruits.. Ask I was walking, the female employee mentioned to me that she did not understand why it would be there.. I agreed, why is it not in the damn dairy section????? Why it is across the fruit section?? Fair enough I got my cream cheese, I than proceeded to pick my veggies, and guess what? I see the damn organic cucumbers.. Are you serious? I began to pack up and go on my way, when I hear that same male employee tell other customers that whatever item they where looking for "we're all out".. Seemed like that was the answer to most of the questions.. The main reason I am writing this review is because of how poorly the store is managed, how poorly the layout is set up, and on top of that, THEY SOLD ME BREAD THAT WAS 5 DAYS PASS THE EXPIRATION DATE!! Granted that I should have checked the date, but really Ralph's? You going to have expired products lay on your shelf 5 days after its expired?? In 2018?.. when we have stores where no wallets are required (amazon whole foods) ?? I hope that they close this place down or fire their store manager for a lazy good to nothing job that he or she does. Save your self the time and money, and shop at better stores like Trader Joe's, sprouts, or whole foods, where the products are fresh.. No wonder this place was empty. Wish I could give 0 stars.

This is one of the best supermarkets I've ever been to and I come here regularly. While their prices may be slightly higher than other grocers in the area, they more than make up for it with quality products and selection, fresher produce, and the best pharmacy staff I've ever dealt with. Also, their fuel rewards really help at the pump. I even received a call from the manager when I provided online feedback (as specified on their receipts) and she made sure to listen to my concern and resolved my issue.

Great location,lots of parking and good consistent produce. The pharmacy has great staff too, very helpful and friendly.

Great People in the Meat Dept & the Produce Dept!!! Really every team member in this store is friendly and helpful, but the Managers and team in the Meat & Produce Dept go out of their way to be helpful every week. Today I spoke to the Meat Manager abt my Beef Bacon costing more than filet mignon! He immediately created a "sale" just for me. Thank you so much! In the Produce Dept they are very informative and will cut up fruit for sampling. The cashiers are always friendly and add to my day. Thank you Ralph's for creating such a great place to shop!

The place is clean, neat, staff are polite. The only I would really see them changing is the way they pack your products. I enjoy doing it my self because if I let them to do instead buying a bag of crackers I will get a bag of crumbs😯. Packing cold, frozen products with a pack of sugar not cool😢
