The checkout lady isn’t human. Pretty sure she’s a sloth with how slowly she moves. I don’t think it’s ever taken 10 minutes for 1 customer to check out at any other place. World record! WOW! I found the things I needed. The store was busy as usual but the staff was out making sure you found what you wanted. They were most efficient and curtious.

If they have a pricing team, someone should show them how to actually set pricing from a merchandising standards perspective. Nearly 25% of their merched products have the wrong prices or no price tags at all. I literally had to take photos of 7 items I purchased and request price adjustments. Some had old sale tags still up, some had wrong products re-merched in front of other product price tags, some just didn't have prices at all, one product was merched in five different locations in the store with FIVE DIFFERENT prices. Just a shame that a large company with so many employees can't do the most basic job of retail: Correctly Price the Products they Sell. Store if often messy.

Be careful of what you purchase at Wal-Mart as they've changed their return policy to store credit, I would not recommend buying big ticket items at Wal-Mart.

Service was outstanding today. One of the checkout ladies in self serve took all of my items and quickly scanned them put them in bags for me. I had had surgery on last Monday so that was a tremendous help The lady at the door took all the groceries and items out to my car and put them in for me closed the door and make sure that I got in safely. Whatever would I do without Walmart. I just love that place.!!!
