Quite possibly the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Doctor has to call in prescription multiple times before it's actually registered. This happens every time. Had to give my insurance info multiple times before it's registered. Almost everytime I get a new prescription. Terrible customer service. Pharmacy doesn't know what they are doing.

The 24 hour open idea is very helpful because I can just drive down the street in the middle of the night if I have to. But they could do a little better on customer service. The staff isn't the friendliest I've seen.

Nice people however - I have now been on the phone literally and hour and a half waiting - was hung up on twice and I cannot get thru - wtf?  The recording said I was call 4 then call three then call two and then one yea of me...that was 45 minutes ago - now the recording says, "Sorry - our staff is answering other calls..." Huh? What happened to calls 4, 3, 2 and 1????  They need more people or a beer system for sure as I  have now watched and entire hour long tv show and half of another simply waiting - REALLY?????!!!!  I can't wait to go back to my reg pharmacy but sadly it got flooded. This truly bites.

Terrible service. Was there yesterday to pick up my RX.  They said last time it was refilled the store i filled it at last entered the wrong info about the supply days.  She made an attempt to call "corporate" but then said oh they are closed.  We will call in the morning.  Seemed like doing her job was a huge inconvenience.  It was 2:30 in the afternoon.  Ok so maybe east coast time.  Called at 7am this morning and first the pharmacist says.  Nobody mentioned it.  You have to call after 9???   Um wtf?   This is ridiculous.  They made the error and are in no hurry to fix it.   Not an ounce of concern.  smh.  Update.  So the staff kept saying corporate has to fix it.  So i called them and they let me know that was wrong.  The rep called the store and said wow he was so rude to me!  So yeah the staff there isnt a happy bunch.  Wont be back to this store after today.

I called before I drove out and I was told that they do passport photos. I drive out and tell the guy at the counter that I'm there for a passport photo and he calls one of his associates to come and help. Once she gets to the counter she tells me they don't do photos after 12. Most frustrating experience to be told no after all that. Also, please post on your website what time your services stop, it would be beneficial to the customers.
