Donald Jones helped me purchase a car,  BUT he never informed me I would end up paying $26k for a car that cost was $14,900.. When I advised him I would just return the car, he quickly told me he would help me. He informed he had a friend could finance for an affordable price. Now I am paying the price now in debit with Independent Dealer Auto.

I bought a car at a great price from Francisco. I was told that there were no issues, but there was a problem with the axel at first, but they got it fixed right away. Service was excellent, they made sure that I was satisfied with the car! The only thing wrong after was a problem with the steering wheel that they offered to have fixed with free labor I paid 360 for the part and will be back next week to have the service done. They also allowed me to make payments on the part instead of having to pay right then. After the part is fixed the car will be perfect aside from very small cosmetic issues. Before I left they washed and cleaned the car, changed the oil, and filled the tank with gas without me even asking.
Again excellent costumer service! I recommend them. And, as with any dealer, that you test drive an look over car you're buying.

Edit: after driving the car I found out that it had been previously in a wreck and was in need of $2000 of repairs. This wouldn't have bothered me if I hadn't called and he expressly assured me that there was nothing wrong with the car. They also didn't send my tag information on time leaving me to drive with paper plates.  On top of that they have yet to answer the phone after many calls and voice-mails.

I was pleasantly surprised when I drove onto the lot and walked through the front doors!  It's a small company but we'll organized.  The deal we made on my car Saturday morning was the SAME deal that I had when I arrived on Monday morning to pay for the car. I was allowed to ttake the car to MY mechanic with no hesitation from the dealership. I am VERY PLEASED with my decision to purchase the car. Very nice group of people! !

Just when I thought customer service was a thing of the past, here comes Ramos. Excellent service from the moment I walked in, to the very end. I dealt with Francisco, customer service at its best! Very knowledgeable, patient and honest. Also Sandy, super friendly and professional. If you need a quality vehicle and exceptional service look no further. Thank you guys!

I had a good experience at Ramos Autos and Trucks. My salesperson, Francisco, was really easy to deal with and understood my needs and concerns of the sale. The manager, Jose, was willing to compromise and make the deal happen. I have to mention the closing with a totally awesome person in Sandy. She was very nice and made me feel really comfortable. Great job guys and I will be recommending you to others.
