Dr. Holly Nguyen is an utmost professional. She is very efficient in her work and explains each step of what she is doing. I've had various cavities filled, regular dental cleanings, a crown, and on-lay. I've only had positive interactions with the front office staff as well as the dental assistants. The office is clean, organized, and comfortable. I recommend seeing Dr. Holly Nguyen.

I've done it all at this facility, from deep cleaning to crowns check ups, etc, now i'm bringing my kids to see Dr Reagan. Super professional, respectful and relaxed. All the staff working at this office is great.

I know 5 people who had horrible experiences with them including me. They told me I might have cancer and I had to see their specialist, who of course doesn't take insurance. I saw a doctor who did take my insurance and he said the structure was a normal structure and he had no idea what they were talking about and could not believe that a dentist would tell me that may have been cancer. I find it interesting that Rancho Dental has an employee who handles negative online comments. I've never know any other dentist who needed to do that. Obviously they know they have a problem and have no intention of correcting it. They just want us to keep others from finding out about them.

They insist that I need a "deeper" cleaning every three months and my insurance doesn't pay for it. The deeper cleaning is exactly the same as the regular cleaning only it costs $$$ and no other dentist I have been to in 40 years recommended a deeper cleaning. If you can't afford the deeper cleaning they refuse to treat you. They claim it would be unethical to give you a regular cleaning when you need the deeper one. I guess this means that they would rather you went without teeth cleaning if you can't afford their expensive and unnecessary treatments. They have repeatedly charged me for a special rinse that I refuse to use. It gave me blisters in my mouth the first time I used it so I refused it but they kept making me pay for it. They go over your treatment and costs up front but don't sign anything because they will charge you for everything on the plan even though the services weren't rendered. I like the office staff and the waiting rooms are very nice but I can't recommend them. They constantly want to upsell you to more expensive services.
