I had a great experience with Randstad. I was fresh out of college, and looking for my first job. After two months of applying to nearly a hundred different job postings from ZipRecruiter, to Craigslist, to Indeed, to Nexxt, to direct application I heard nothing back from anyone. Almost as if the jobs I was applying for didn't exist. I went to Randstad in desperation. I interviewed with Angie C, who was very polite, helpful, and quickly sent me through their on-boarding and orientation process. At the end of which, they told me to call their office back on Sunday if they hadn't found a job for me yet. Surprisingly, they called me with a job offer within hours of leaving their office. I of course said yes, ecstatic at the opportunity to get to work. Karen B arranged a job interview for me as a mushroom harvester. How cool is that as a first job! She even met me at the factory for orientation there. I got the job, and am truly thankful to have found Randstad. I am sorry that some people here didn't seem to have as good an experience with Randstad as I did. All I can say is, give them a try. You have a job to gain and nothing to lose!

Randstad altamonte is a fraud. Rude recruiters, bad attitude. If you don’t want to help workers find jobs then don’t work there period.

Been with Ranstadt since 06/14. Have worked in different positions at different assignments and love the diversification. Recommend Randstadt to anyone who asked about employment

Was sent to a job by Heather that was said to pay 11dollars as a forklift operator but when I got to the job site they told me I have been misinformed and the job only paid 9 dollars an hour and there was no forklift job. And this was not the first time that she had made this mistake I calmly told the foreman that this job is not for me thank you for the opportunity he said I understand we're going to have a meeting with her about this don't work for this place
