HORRIBLE! They lost my package and never made an attempt to find it! Called several times and they kept pushing the situation off. Called one final time and the lady told me she apologize for the fact that my package is lost and they’re unable to do anything about. Then tells me to forward her apology letter to the company my package came from and HOPEFULLY they’ll give me a refund and send another package!

I was lied to and told that my multiple packages would be scanned in and I was told to go ahead and go and they would scan them in. I asked can I trust him and I was told yes. Items were not scanned in which could cause me a issue with my business and unhappy customers thinking that I caused delayed shipping. Furthermore there is only 1 pleasant staff member at this location and she has been the only one who has not acted annoyed by me coming in and asking for services. I will be contacting cooperate and leadership as I think higher or government employees as they have always treated me with kindness and respect as I do to others.

Customer service is dead. I love personality. I cannot relate to attitude. I hope that others were treated better than I was.
